Event Overview

Asian steamed buns are quite a popular snack and street food. In Chinese cuisine, they're also found as part of dim sum fare. In Filipino culture, they're a great meal on the go option. Regardless of which Asian cuisine they are from, steam buns are easy to make, great to have on hand and delicious! This is a hands-on culinary class where you will learn, prepare, and of course, eat your fill of Asian steamed buns!

This class is geared to those who enjoy noshing on Asian steamed buns or have yet to try them, but would like to learn how they are prepared - which is where all the fun is!

Together, we will learn how to make the special dough from scratch and fill them with assorted fillings. We'll then steam our buns and enjoy an afternoon in a 'bao coma'.

Please come hungry & feel free to BYOB!
