Joelen was great, she came fully prepared and I think everyone in the class had fun. The food was great as well.

This class was super fun and easy going. The food was delicious, and the recipes were all things that could be easily replicated on your own at home.

Place is a bit hard to find and in the middle of practically no where. It felt more like an office space with a kitchen than a cooking event space. It would have been more helpful to hold the class in a space where the stove top is in the center of the counter space so we could more easily see cooking methods/techniques. That said, the class was well attended and the instructor very prepared. We made a ton of items and there was plenty of food to go around and leftovers if some students wanted to take something home. A few fellow students brought wine and that was a very good idea so we ha something to pair with the food when the Sangria ran out.
