We're taking advantage of the weekend and kicking it off in delicious style! Come join us in our kitchen as we prepare a delicious brunch with the ever popular eggs benedict while enjoying a bellini bar. In this class you'll learn the 3 essentials to building a classic eggs benedict...

1. You'll make english muffins made from from scratch so we have a firm base to build on.
2. Overcome any egg poaching fears and make perfectly poached eggs
3. Master hollandaise sauce to top your benedicts deliciously

Once we've got the essentials down, you'll have the opportunity to customize your eggs benedict with various meats - oh yes, it can go beyond the traditional Canadian bacon! Maybe you'll want to incorporate other ingredients like spinach, tomatoes, mushrooms and more. And we'll enjoy the brunch hours with a bellini in hand... it is a boozy brunch class after all!

This is a hands-on culinary class where you everyone will learn, make, and of course, eat the menu we prepare. This class is geared to those who enjoy eggs benedicts and would like to learn how to prepare the classic dish along with a few twists.

Joelen has been recognized in both local and national media and has worked with celebrity chefs including Rick Bayless, Spike Mendelsohn, and Marcela Valladolid.     What a great class! It was well-organized, easy to follow, fun & Joelen was a delight! I was visiting from out of town - I only wish that I could attend more of Joelen's classes!

    I loved boozy brunch! Joelen is a great teacher who obviously loves cooking and sharing that love with others. We learned to make eggs benedict from scratch while sipping on some drinks. She made everything easy to understand and fun. My friends and I had a great time and I am definitely looking forward to taking another class with Joelen.
