Event Overview

It's a month of all things romantic and we're heating things up in the kitchen with a Fondue & Truffles Party. Join us in the kitchen as we prepare a fondue spread for dinner! We will prepare a luscious cheese fondue, get our groove on with oil fondue and end things on a sweet note with chocolate fondue. As an added bonus, we're also preparing hand-rolled chocolate truffles which you'll make and take home in a candy box. This is a hands-on culinary class where you everyone will learn, make, and of course, eat the themed party menu we prepared.

This class is geared to those who want to learn more about fondue, hand rolling chocolate truffles and enjoy the fun involved. By taking this class, you’ll have some tasty recipes to try out and perhaps be inspired to host a fondue & truffles party as a fun night in with friends!

Fondue Party Menu:

Cheese fondue - served with artisan breads and seasonal vegetables
Chopped Salad
Oil fondue - served with assorted proteins cooked & served with an assortment of dipping sauces
Chocolate fondue - served with assorted fresh fruits and cake
Chocolate Truffles - hand-roll them in your choice of assorted coatings
