Event Overview

Cheese is produced in more than 40 countries around the world. From the simple ingredients of mil, rennin and salt, there are hundreds of regional varieties of cheese. Each country has its own history and style of production that gives its products their distinctive flavor, aroma and texture. In our Cheese Please! classes, we highlight cheeses of a specific region where you'll learn about selecting, storing, serving, and cooking with the world's best cheeses... as well as pairing them with various wines.

Italian cheeses are are some of the oldest in the world. In this class, we will learn about 5 Italian cheeses paired with select wines and accompaniments. To round out the offerings, we'll also have a Panzanella salad bar and Nutella Tiramisu for dessert.
