I loved the Filipino Fiesta cooking party! The food we prepared was fantastic, and Joelen is a great instructor. She does a really nice job of not just telling you how to make the dishes, but also explaining why to do things certain ways. She also shared a lot about her family's Filipino background and how the food we were making fit in to Filipino culture. It was really fun to actually sit down and have the dinner prepared as well. I would certainly recommend this class to others and would take additional classes with Joelen.
