Love Indian cooking? Bring it to your table! This class will teach you 3 dishes that are staple of Indian cuisine, so you can enjoy them whenever you want.
- Organic Brown Rice Biryani: popular Indian rice dish and great source of fiber
- Yellow Lentils Soup: classic Indian soup with ginger, garlic, cumin, tomato and onion
- Chapati: hand-made whole wheat soft bread
All recipes are vegan and gluten-free but are enjoyed by non-vegans too.
No prior knowledge of Indian cooking is needed. The class includes an instructions handout and tastings of the recipes. Come ready to ask any questions about Indian and healthy cooking. Chef Kirti of Arya Bhavan has been doing it for 40 years and knows it all!
