My husband and I had a great time making sushi with Chef Joe! His space in Andersonville was intimate and inviting, and he used his culinary experience to help us learn the basics of vegetarian sushi making. We took two classes with Joe on back-to-back days (the second was a hot sauce class), and both were excellent!
