Event Overview

Homemade bagels. This really is a perfect way to start the day! Learn how to make these dough-pleasers. Impress family and friends with ‘from-scratch’ bagels. Roll up your sleeves because student participation is encouraged. Chef Joe will help by mixing ingredients to make bagel dough. You will shape dough, poach, choose a topping, and bake. Afterwards, sit and enjoy eating fresh bagels direct from the oven. Devour them with butter and a dollop of our signature Slammed Jams. This is a fun baking activity!

Great class! I feel confident that I can make bagels myself at home now. I was so excited to get the recipe and instructions for bagel making at home after the class!

The class itself is fun and informative- Chef Joe is super friendly and has a great hands on approach to the process. mL is an adorable space, very cute and cozy.

And the most important part? I saved one of my bagels to give to my parents to eat the next day- and they were very impressed.

    Would recommend!
