Event Overview

In this interactive cooking class with Chef Joseph, you'll learn how to prepare French crepes using basic kitchen ingredients, You'll mix and whisk your batter from scratch, before pouring, flipping, and decorating this fun holiday crepe cake for the whole class to share. Although this cake is holiday themed, the skills you will learn in this class will give you the experience you need to make it again.

This experience has a minimum of 4 students required to go forward. You'll be notified if it is below minimum 7 days in advance. If the minimum is not met 24 hours before the event, you’ll have the option to pay the difference for a private event amount, transfer to another date or Dabble experience, or receive a refund.

Chef Joseph is a lover of all things wine, cooking, and learning. A Graduate from Kendall College in Chicago, a former wine shoppe, restaurant, and food truck owner; he brings his culinary talents to each class, dishing up eclectic and inventive marvels to pass the time. Chef Joe fills every class with his ongoing chatter, storytelling, and laughter. His friendly and outgoing personality welcomes each Student when they walk in the door.

Tommy is a Graduate and Instructor from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, he brings his artistry to every class. Design, inspiration, and attention to detail are all things that describe Tommy. When it comes to any art form - making candles, arranging flowers, designing or gardening, you'll find a warm smile and share a calming environment with Tommy.
