Event Overview

Spherification is the process of making liquid spheres that are contained in a thin gel bubble. In this class, we'll make several different types and sizes of Molecular Spheres.

We will make the small ones, sometimes found at yogurt shops, and larger ones that can be sweet, savory, or even contain a cocktail.

This is a fun class that uses science and culinary skills, and it's lots of fun!
