In this hands-on baking class, Chef Joseph teaches how to create a delicious hasty breads like sconces, or rolls, or corn bread, or focaccia from scratch. Whether you're a beginner or have some experience under your belt, this baking class will advance your skills and get you excited about making hasty breads. Create, Bake, and Eat.

Chef Joseph is a lover of all things wine, cooking, and learning. A Graduate from Kendall College in Chicago, a former wine shoppe, restaurant, and food truck owner; he brings his culinary talents to each class, dishing up eclectic and inventive marvels to pass the time. Chef Joe fills every class with his ongoing chatter, storytelling, and laughter. His friendly and outgoing personality welcomes each Student when they walk in the door.
Tommy is a Graduate and Instructor from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, he brings his artistry to every class. Design, inspiration, and attention to detail are all things that describe Tommy. When it comes to any art form - making candles, arranging flowers, designing or gardening, you'll find a warm smile and share a calming environment with Tommy.
