Whether you’re a full-time vegetarian or only “Meatless on Monday” this hands-on class will guide you through cooking with vegetables. This time around we will focus on veggie burgers, you can eat them on a bun, throw them in a salad, wrap them in a tortilla or lettuce any way you stack it these veggie patties will be sure to satisfy your burger cravings! Not to mention they’re jam-packed with protein & fiber! Plus, they’re freezer-friendly, making them the perfect cook once, eat for a week meal option!

DeDee's food and cooking interests led her to earning a degree in Restaurant/Hotel Management from Purdue University. She developed her talents in numerous kitchens and then in the hospitality industry; working from line chef to Food and Wine Purchasing Manager. DeDee trained under a Certified Master Chef who helped define her cooking skills.
DeDee desires to carry on the message of healthy living through nature’s abundant harvest. Food is meant to be natural - not processed, from the earth - not from a warehouse. She looks forward to sharing with you her passion for cooking. Whether you’re a novice in the kitchen or an expert cook, she hopes to share time with you together in the kitchen just for the fun of it.
