Quinoa (pronounced KEEN-wah, if you weren’t sure, it’s OK, we all went through that phase, it was scary!) is very good for you and it has a cool name, and in the past few years it’s been stealthily integrating itself into the mainstream and popping up pretty much everywhere.

But it shouldn’t just be relegated to a SIDE dish, no sir. Let quinoa lead the way into a brave new world of texture and complete proteins, at any and all times of the day. Here are some of the recipes we'll prepare in this hands-on cooking class to get you started on the path to enlightenment:

    I always enjoy the classes that I take with DeDee. I really enjoyed learning more about Quinoa and how to use it in many recipes. The blondes she made were delicious and a good gluten free option for dessert!
