Just because it’s gluten free doesn’t mean you have to forego taste! However, many of the gluten-free baked items in the stores are loaded with sugar and other ingredients to make it taste better. In this hands-on cooking class, we will take some classic baked goods and make them gluten-free using several different wheat flour alternatives.

DeDee's food and cooking interests led her to earning a degree in Restaurant/Hotel Management from Purdue University. She developed her talents in numerous kitchens and then in the hospitality industry; working from line chef to Food and Wine Purchasing Manager. DeDee trained under a Certified Master Chef who helped define her cooking skills.
DeDee desires to carry on the message of healthy living through nature’s abundant harvest. Food is meant to be natural - not processed, from the earth - not from a warehouse. She looks forward to sharing with you her passion for cooking. Whether you’re a novice in the kitchen or an expert cook, she hopes to share time with you together in the kitchen just for the fun of it.
