So our Scotch 101 classes are extremely popular, as are our fun themed mixology classes. Dabblers have loved our Whiskey 101 class where we cover all kinds of Whiskey but now it's time to teach you about "America's Native Spirit" Bourbon Whiskey. In this very fun, informative educational class you will learn not only the history of American whiskey but also how to taste, order and purchase your new favorite spirit.

What's the difference between Bourbon and Rye? What kind of whiskey should be in my Manhattan? How do you order or converse about whiskey without sounding like a newbie? \

You will learn all of this and so much more in a relaxed setting with our expert instructor. Sommeliers know wine, Cicerones know beer, Our instructor is an expert in all things whiskey and will guide you through the exciting world of Bourbon.

In this class you will sample 4 different Bourbons, learn their history, how they are made and for some how they shaped our country! We do our tastings a little differently our style keeps your mind and palate open without letting any of your preconceived ideas get in the way.
