Chicago is rich in history.
It also happens to be rich in cocktail history.

Learn to appreciate your city in a whole new light in this Dabble class, that's highlighting some of the best drinks The Windy City has to offer.

We'll start our class at the indispensible Maeve, voted second best martini bar in the city and the perfect backdrop for a class about all things Chicago, and then we'll be discussing, making and tasting delicious craft cocktails that originated in Chicago. Dive into our city's past on a booze-history tour of sorts, that features drinks that were invented in Chicago, made famous in Chicago, or in some way took shape and historically linked itself to our great city.

Flavor pairings and production tools will be discussed, tastings of all cocktails made will be provided, and after our Chicago-inspired craft cocktail class you'll step behind your bar at home with more confidence and understanding! Learn by watching and expert instruction! Unfortunately it is not possible to let students mix their own drinks.
