Event Overview

Times are tough for new college grads moving out of the dorms and into the city. We're not talking about the fact that they're suddenly faced with the task of repaying crushing student loan debt, or the staggering fact that 1 of every 2 new college grads is currently unemployed or underemployed. While these are serious problems, yes, the real shock comes from the fact that...

the world of craft beer is exploding right now and they've spent the last four years under the blinding mediocrity of Bud Light. Yikes!

Join Dabble and Eat Drink Educate for the greatest class that wasn't available when you went to college by learning the ropes of the world of craft beer. With the help of an impressive craft beer menu, Dabblers will evoke on a fragrant tasting adventure that breaks down the differences between a variety of craft concoctions.

It won't be long before you're trading your canned college go-tos for the intricacies of the good stuff ... knowledge that will serve you (and your taste buds) well throughout your transition into the Chicago craft beer scene.

Great class! We learned about how beer is made, some interesting historical tidbits, and what characteristics to look for when drinking different types. The teachers are very friendly and know their stuff. We tasted four different beers from across the spectrum which really illustrated what the differences are. I'm a total beginner when it comes to craft beer and I walked away with a good grasp of how it all works and what I like.
