Event Overview

Make tiny mosaics with me! I love tiny things! You will make a set of 3 tiny mosaics that you can make into pins or magnets.

You can choose from a variety of tiny wood shapes including hearts, stars, butterflies, birds and simple shapes. All supplies and materials will be provided and you will take home your completed tiny pieces.

Class is BYOB.

The current classroom space is only accessible via stairs and is not wheelchair accessible. Please feel free to reach out with any questions or special accomodations.

What's Provided

All supplies and materials to make 3 tiny mosaics including wood base, tile, glue and grout. Additional materials include pins or magnets.

Norma Rios Sierra

Norma D Rios-Sierra received her Bachelor of Art History from Columbia College Chicago in 2009. She has lived in San Luis Potosi, Mexico, San Diego, California and most recently McAllen, Texas. She was first introduced to stained glass art while working as a translator at a stained glass factory in Mexico. Her work consists mostly of stained glass mosaic featuring bold images inspired by iconic Mexican imagery, textiles and embroidery.
