Day - Sunday / Time - 4pm to 6pm
Cost - $180 per person for 6 weeks
LIMITED SPOTS AVAILABLE / ALL AGES WELCOME

Our 6-week sewing class is perfect for first time sewers or sewists simply looking to sharpen their skills.

Beginners will learn basic sewing skills like how to thread a sewing machine, stitch selections, basic measurements, sewing notions, sewing machine troubleshooting, and more!

Intermediate/Experienced sewers will learn more advanced skills like pattern making, tailoring & fit, alterations, fashion draping, and more! Anastasia can match any skill level and is always willing to let you in on a few of her sewing secrets.

Depending on the complexity of the garment and previous sewing experience, a sewing student can complete multiple projects by the end of the 6-week class.

Students may bring their own sewing machine or use an in-house machine.

OPTIONAL SUPPLIES:
Rotary Cutter (Quicker & More Efficient than Scissors)

What to Bring

SUPPLIES NEEDED: Thread, Seam Ripper, 18" x 2" Clear Ruler, Fabric (as indicated on pattern), Paper scissors, Fabric scissors, Pattern, Thread Snips

Sew Anastasia

Anastasia Chatzka is a Chicago based fashion designer with over 20 years of sewing, pattern drafting, and design experience. She has refined her skills through the years while working with renowned industry professionals, including Betsey Johnson and Anna Sui. Anastasia also has a BFA in fashion design. She is also a brand ambassador for Husqvarna Viking sewing machines.

Anastasia is the owner of the Anastasia Chatzka Boutique and Sew Anastasia Sewing Studio where she designs, teaches sewing classes, and films the content for her YouTube sewing channel, Sew Anastasia.
