Event Overview

“All the power is within you; you can do anything and everything. Believe in that; don’t believe that you are weak. Stand up and express the divinity within you.”
- Swami Vivekananda

This hour and 15 min class is a combination of yoga, reflection and guided meditation designed to help you express yourself- verbally and non-verbally. Together we'll practice yoga poses that lessen the restriction we carry in our neck and shoulders, while reflecting on expressing ourselves in open and honest ways. Then meditation teaches us how to clearly, honestly, and creatively express ourselves, so we can live more authentically. Yoga mats, blocks and straps will be provided; you're welcome to bring your own mat. All fitness levels welcome; no experience necessary.
