Valentine's Day only comes once a year. And while we may groan over all the hype, it's a good time to spice things up. And why not start with your makeup? Step up your everyday to something special (and get the base knowledge to help you do this beyond February 14th).

Through a series of demos and self-demos, Dabblers of all levels will learn how to do a liquid liner cat eye with a bold lip and a classic black smokey eye (with false lashes!) and a neutral lip. You will go home with new makeup skills, an instructional packet for both looks as well as a pair of false lashes.
