Alyson Lyon, manager of Bright Light (Yoga and Reiki services), is a 200 RYT and Reiki Master Teacher in Chicago. Alyson currently teaches Vinyasa Flow and Yoga Flow + Reiki classes, various workshops and offers private Reiki in Chicago. She has been practicing yoga since 2006, Reiki since 2014. Alyson also holds a Master's in Education and a Bachelor of Fine Arts from DePaul University and has a background in education and the performing arts. Alyson is passionate about health and wellness and aims to be a source of positivity in the lives of others.
