Canning in those beautiful German glass jars is easy to do at home, whether your are processing in a pressure canner or a boiling water bath.

In this class we will go over the basics of low acid canning (chipotle chiles in adobo sauce) and high acid canning (spicy pickled vegetables) in Weck jars.

This class will be very hands-on, from chopping vegetables to sterilizing jars and testing rubber seals. You will be able to customize the vegetables and level of spiciness in the creations that you take home, and recipes will be provided to keep the deliciousness in your pantry going on for years to come.
