Event Overview

In a relaxed and intimate setting, explore the many ways you can use a journal to navigate your inner life, personal experiences, memories, external relations, and the wider world.

A class for ages 10 to 210, we'll cover the following and more:

[30 mins] WHAT IS JOURNALING & WHY SHOULD YOU DO IT?
[60 mins] JOURNAL TEMPLATES & PROMPTS
[30 mins] JOURNALING AS A HABIT

There is no right or wrong way to journal, but sometimes a helpful template or two makes it easier to get started. We'll try some in-class journaling activities and conclude with tips for turning journaling into a habit (if it's something you'd like to do more regularly).

No writing experience necessary. Please bring a journal and pen (or tablet/device).
