Are you ready to make some changes in your life but can’t quite figure out where to start? You know you’re ready for something new but you keep getting pulled back into old patterns. This is totally normal. We tend to hang on to whatever we’ve created in the past, even when it’s lost all value and is actually holding us back. Whether it looks like dusty boxes in the attic of your mind or clutter in the kitchen of your soul, if you’re ready to clear some space in your life for some new and positive energy, join us for Redesign Your Life. We’ll show you how to do a top-to-bottom spring cleaning so you finally start moving forward!

Using interactive meditation, coaching and mindfulness techniques, Katy and Andrea will help you figure out what you need to keep, what might need a little recycling and what needs to just be put out with the trash. You’ll create a practical tool kit of you can take with you full of mindfulness resources that will allow you to let go of what’s no longer serving you so you can create a life you can really embrace and enjoy!

Please wear comfortable clothes for gentle movement and stretching. Bring a notebook or journal and pen.
