She was a delight to work with and I would highly recommend setting up private events or taking future classes with her. Lorna is knowledgeable and passionate about what she does and we all had such a blast making speciality cocktails with her. She made everyone feel so welcome and she set up such a beautiful table with area/space for everyone to follow along and create their cocktails besides her. I think everyone in our group of 13 walked away with some new tips and techniques and found an ingredient they had never known about or considered using in their cocktails before.
