Full Body Massage

Important Note : This class has an additional material fee of $10 payable at the first class

New students or those who have taken upper body and lower body can register. Through demonstration, discussion and lots of supervised practice, you will gain the knowledge and skill necessary to become comfortable giving massages.

This class reviews the upper and lower body from the first two classes and gives students an opportunity to bring together the separate body components in order to create a continuous whole body massage, a vital part of the experience. Massage promotes relaxation and well-being. Learn techniques you can use at home with your partner. Bring 2 towels and 2 sheets.
