Event Overview

Double knitting allows you to knit the front and back sides of a project simultaneously, creating smooth, reversible stockinette with reversed images on both sides. Designer Cassondra Rizzardi will walk you through the process of creating a double knit cowl, showing you the fundamentals of double-knitting, including working with two colors simultaneously and reading a chart. Bonus: Double-knit fabric is cozy and sturdy, so your cowl will stand up to block the wind and keep your neck and chin toasty.
