Event Overview

It's a common American comfort food; a plate of deep red Marinara sauce atop a pile of yummy pasta. In this HANDS ON class, you will learn to not only make a great Marinara that an Italian Grandma would love, but you will also learn how to make the juiciest, most flavorful meatballs to compliment the sauce. This class will be like a saucy meatball dinner party but more fun! On the menu to make and eat:

Mad Good Marinara Sauce - prepared with Italian Style canned tomatoes and fresh basil
Marvelous Meatballs - made with ground beef, eggs and breadcrumbs
Green Grocer mixed greens salad with olive oil and red wine vinegar

After cooking, you get to take your fresh dinner home and amaze your family and friends with your new found cooking skills!
