Hi there, my name is Ashlee, I go by Ash. My pronouns are she/her/they.

I started Wayfinder in the Summer of 2018 and it has slowly become a soul project to me. I work with Wayfinder primarily as an Astrologer, tarot reader, dream healer and teacher. I am a student of systems theory, organizational change and innovation as a fellow at StartingBloc and also work as an artist, art director and graphic designer for my company Fire Signs.

I believe in our society's potential to change with design and new ideas. Design can happen in many ways. Through art, communication, language and how we organize as a collective. My life’s work includes the expanding of our thinking and operating principles to integrate healing practices into our work cultures. To re-design and re-imagine everyday spaces and systems, in order to create a more sustainable and equitable system for all. It my belief that Astrology can be a major tool in this.

I began my studies into the mystic arts in 2010. Over the years, these practices have had a profound impact on me, my world-view and the people I serve.

As a community organizer for the past five years, my goal is to inspire and make accessible these tools to the common individual and those on the front-lines, as the wealth of wisdom and guidance is unmatched. I believe the more we organize ourselves to the natural rhythm of life, let these practices teach and enliven us, the stronger our movements become and the more we will create structures that support our natural and symbiotic relationship with our planet, each other and our universe.

My astrological practice prioritizes the liberation and of all individuals. I use techniques from both modern and ancient lineages of astrology while applying my own understanding and frameworks of systems theory. I excel best in one on one sessions with any number of personal chart reading approaches. I predominantly use whole sign houses.

My hope for Wayfinder is for it to be a place for like-minded folks to unite, to learn and to grow alongside one another. To feature inspirational topics and guests on the podcast who are working to prioritize new and old holistic healing modalities in order to create systems change in their lives and communities.
