You can only eat so many fresh tomatoes. It's sad, I know, especially when there are so many ready to burst in the heat. So much now, and so little in the winter ... unless you preserve those homegrown tomatoes now. Stock your pantry for winter with these recipes:

Basic Canned Tomatoes for Everything
Tomato Sauce
Salsa
Oven-Dried Tomatoes in Herbed Oil

Some basic cooking skills are all you need. We'll snack on tomato goodies while I demonstrate the simple canning and drying techniques that'll keep you stocked in tomatoes for the cold months.
