Event Overview

All of us face challenges, pain points, and hurdles in life. Whether they are physical, emotional, or social they seem larger than life and we feel inadequate to face them. Fear creates excuses and uncertainty, fosters procrastination and we get stuck looking for the best way forward.

Matthew Hoffman and Victor Saad are teaming up to share the connection between creativity, risk taking, and problem solving. This class will be an invitation to explore how beauty is revealed during life's toughest challenges.

Students will learn from Matthew's creative process and how lines are a visual way to unravel problems. While Victor uses his experiences of the past year to help people understand their starting point and identify their end goals. The pair, both vastly interested in building a community, will end the class by sharing how to bring others along and use lessons learned to spur others onward.

Matthew and Victor were both very engaging and insightful. I really loved seeing Matthew's artwork prior to the class and hearing the back stories of his project and Victor's journey to write a book. They even fed us, which is above and beyond what I expected, and tied the idea of sharing a meal to their message. Well done!
