Heather N. Schafer & Nicholas P. Smith are intellectual property attorneys with over eight years experience representing start-ups, university spin-outs, and entrepreneurs. Heather serves as an adjunct professor of Intellectual Property law at Chicago Kent College of Law, a position she has held for 5 years.
