Event Overview

Cooking with Indian spices is an art. Come join us to dabble around with Indian spices and create some delicious, hot appetizers and beat the winter blues.

We’ll cover some great vegetarian appetizers commonly found in most of the Indian restaurants and are easy to prepare.
Also, Enjoy a special Indian drink on us!

Class Objective–

• Educate the class participants about various Indian spices & herbs
• Demonstrate the appropriate use of each spice / herb in an appetizer dish. Appetizers featured
include Samosas, paneer tikkas and assorted Pakoras paired with Indian chutneys (dipping sauces).
• Have fun!!

What to Bring –

BYOB to enjoy with our delicious appetizers.

All cooking materials included in the class fee.

    Matali and Ruby were excellent hosts. They did a great job if explaining the individual spices, their history and specific uses, and carefully explained unfamiliar procedures and processes. we left with a lengthy recipe with ask the instructions they gave. I feel like i could really make the recipes they taught us!
