Garima & Ruby are friends and have a shared passion for cooking, sharing recipes and serving food to friends and family with panache! Growing up in India, eating scrumptious Indian meals is a big part of their tradition and lifestyle. They would like to take a step ahead and share their knowledge and experience of Indian cooking with everyone.

Garima and Ruby are the most wonderful hostesses, and the instruction and the detailed explanations of the various spices/cooking tips were right-on. And, of course, the food was fantastic! This was not just a cooking class – it was certainly an education, but it was more like spending the evening with new (fun) friends. I will definitely take advantage of another evening with them

The lesson was great and the eating part was phenomenal. I also learned a great deal about Indian spices. They seem to cure everything! Good on you, Ruby and Garima! This was a great class and a wonderful group of classmates!

I really enjoyed our class. The group had a great dynamic. Garima and Ruby were excellent teachers. They were very cheerful, patient, and welcoming--happy to offer fun tips and facts about each ingredient. They were very knowledgeable, passionate, and excited to be teaching, which makes for a great learning environment. Garima and her husband Sumit opened their home fully to us as their guests and were very hospitable. I look forward to future classes!

Matali and Ruby were excellent hosts. They did a great job if explaining the individual spices, their history and specific uses, and carefully explained unfamiliar procedures and processes. we left with a lengthy recipe with ask the instructions they gave. I feel like i could really make the recipes they taught us!
