Event Overview

Do the arm balances in your yoga practice seem challenging? Learn how to use aerial hammocks to enhance your arm balance practice. Master AIR® Trainer, Dancer, Acrobat and 200-hour Experienced Certified Yoga Instructor, Linnea Boulger, will share her best tips and tricks for achieving and maintaining strong arm balances and inversions. This workshop will introduce exercises that use the hammock to build strength and provide stability to help you take your arm balance practice off the wall to the center of the room. Leave feeling challenged and energized, after having a lot of fun upside down! All levels welcome!
