Want to learn how to write for the screen? Well, cut to the chase and visit the Manchaca Branch of the Austin Public Library to learn from independent filmmaker Joseph Bowman. He has had three scripts produced in the last year and has shown his work at SXSW and the Hill Country Film Festival.
