Why We Are Different
We blend psychology with business strategy to help you achieve results. We have performed at high levels in business and understand how to navigate political corporate environments, while also having a deep grounding in psychology and therapy to ensure you are aligned and centered in your personal goals. We bring tools to the table that are different than traditional coaching relationships: therapy applications (EMDR, role playing), assigning books and literature on strategy, working in a 2 to 1 ratio (two coaches to support an ideation / deep dive session), personal discovery tools (DISC, strengths finder), among others. We push you towards action, and do not expect (and do not want) a coaching relationship that continues into perpetuity – we are your strategic partners when you need us.
