The Reimagined Table: Lilly Steirer & Lee Stiffler-Meyer

Lilly Steirer and Lee Stiffler-Meyer are the creators of The Reimagined Table, a place to reenvision creativity, local food and community. Through a weekly podcast and local events, Lilly and Lee are on a mission to inspire communities to embrace gardening, cooking and other creative pursuits to find more meaning and satisfaction in the everyday.

Starting as a personal chef in San Luis Obispo and then in the Denver Metro area, Lilly was led to create Lilly’s Table Seasonal Meal Planning service to help more people cook with the beautiful produce and food that the season’s offer. As an urban gardener and mother of two small children, she continues her mission to bring the harvest to the table through simple recipes and cooking classes.

Lee Stiffler-Meyer is an enthusiastic home cook, photographer and lover of creativity. Lee studied nutrition and public health and worked for over 17 years in the public and private sector creating and teaching health education classes to adults and children. Lee is a mom to three kids and is passionate about sharing ways to embrace healthy living through simple food preparation techniques and home gardening.

There was a lot to like about this class. I appreciated being inspired to cook a broader variety of items with my zucchini. I learned new cooking techniques (I'll never peel or dice an onion the same way). The recipe sheets were super helpful. The space was wonderful, with great music and products. My questions were all answered. I highly recommend the class, teachers, and space to future participants.
