ABOUT THIS TEACHER

I would love to help you with your breath. Most people don't know how important proper breathing really is. I started my business, THE CONNECTING SPIRIT Corp. in 2009 as a way to help people learn how to use the power of their own breath to rejuvenate, connect and transform. I offer individual breath sessions & private breath coaching in Saint Paul by appointment. I teach a variety of Soul Breathing workshops & group classes monthly throughout the Twin Cities metro area. I also love to travel, and go where invited to teach breathwork throughout the U.S. and abroad.
