Great class. I learned quite a bit about malts that I had not seen in books on brewing. Plus, they were samples of the types of malts provided so as to taste the differences. The brewer/instructor was very knowledgeable and answered all questions with ease. I am looking forward to the next class.

The passion is evident in this brewery! I could really tell that the knowledge and passion was there! Great class!
