Stacey Bramley, MA, LPCC

As a therapist, I focus on building and developing the therapeutic relationship, through creating trust and safety to support healing and recovery. Practicing from the approach of trauma-informed care, mindfulness, and compassion, I create space and structure for clients to tell their story.

Throughout the process, we will develop a safe and trusting relationship to support movement through self awareness and mindfulness practices, difficult emotions that are below surface level, and re-patterning to develop healthy, supportive relationships, and promote healing and growth in many areas of your life. The use of mindfulness supports individuals to slow down, come into present moment awareness, and approach emotions and feelings with non-judgment.

I specialize in the treatment of trauma and issues related to psychological trauma including depression, anxiety, emotional dysregulation and distress, severe and persistent mental illness, suicidal ideation, and substance abuse. In most cases, therapy sessions are 50 minutes, once a week. Stay tuned for upcoming workshops. I am a Certified Yoga Instructor and offer private yoga classes/lessons.

Approaches and modalities include: Trauma-Informed, Attachment Based, Developmental, Relational, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Transpersonal, and Mindfulness
