open minded and encouraging, always willing to Inspire everyone.Not certified in laughter yoga, however I study laughter yoga process and love to laugh, it is my desire to practice hour of laughing to reduce my own cortisol levels, as well as improve the energy level of my life and those around me. heeheehee ha ha ha ho ho ho hu hu hu.

What an uplifting time I had in this class. It was held in the library of the Thomas Dunn Learning Center, a perfect spot. Sonia is warm & welcoming. I left with specific laughter techniques to practice on my own in order to relieve stress, gain health benefits & improve my outlook on life. She also had handouts with additional information & links to other resources for further study. I am definitely glad I took this class.

My friends and I had so much fun! none of us had taken a class like this but it was a wonderful experience, with a great teacher! we will definitely do it again. so glad I discovered Dabble and our teacher Sondra Dae! Sondra made it so much fun - didnt have that feeling of not being good enough which happens sometimes in art classes. this class was a blast!!!

The class was absolutely a blast. In this fast paced world, it is good to take an hour to destress with laughter. I would recommend for a girls night out or individuals looking for a low impact way to destress. The instructor was very informative and exciting.

This was my first time ever cross stitching. Sonia was great! She was very welcoming and made everyone feel very comfortable. I didn't feel like I was out of place never having done any cross stitching. Every time I had a question or needed help she was there to help. I would easily take another class with her!
