Sensei Seiyo is the resident Haiku Master for the Japanese Culture Center.
He is also the leader of the Chicago Keikokai of Meifu Shinkage Ryu style of Japanese Weapons at Japanese Culture Center - 日本文化会館, Haiku Evangelist for the Haiku Society of America, member of the British Haiku Society, and contributor to the International Haiku Association and lay Buddhist chaplain at the Jesse Brown VA Hospital.
