For a quick introduction to perfume making, this is perfect. You can ask questions, make suggestions and come away with something that is uniquely you. I wouldn't mind a longer class or a chance to make additional fragrances.

My friend and I decided to take this class because we are really into fragrances and have recently started creating our own. This was a great introduction to the basics of making your own body care products at home.

This class was so much fun! Nathan has a wealth of knowledge about the organic flower waters and essential oils used in the class & his enthusiasm was infectious! We made four products to take home & they each smell amazing; plus they have therapeutic effects. I would definitely recommend this class!!

This class was awesome! Nathan was so knowledgeable about all of the combinations of flower waters and essential oils and what their best uses are. We had a great time learning about organic products and making our own concoctions! I highly recommend you try this class!

This class was a great experience! Nathan's energy was contagious and he had so much knowledge to share about the products and the process. In addition to the lip balm, lotion bar and deodorant, we were also able to make our own scent stick which was a nice bonus :) I would definitely recommend this class and instructor to other Dabblers!

Nathan was so knowledgable and really cares about his product and where it comes from. The flow of the class was really great even with people coming in late he was able to keep everyone on track and I never felt rushed. I can't believe we were able to make a lotion bar, lip balm and two deodorants in 2 hours!

It was a very fun class. An amazing chaotic mess that somehow came together perfectly. Nathan is informative, energetic and funny and he managed to have a rather large group of women make their own skin care products! I went home with a wonderful lotion bar, two lip balms and deodorant. I had a great evening.

The products we made in class are phenomenal, and an easy DIY body care item you can make in your home. I love, love, love my lotion bar :-)

This class is perfect for anyone who thinks making your own organic body products is too challenging, and great for persuading your friends/family to make better choices when choosing products for their daily hygiene routine :-)

Nathan was a phenomenal teacher. He is super knowledgeable about everything we were doing, and all things organic but he spoke in a way that no one felt stupid or uncomfortable. He kept a great conversation going throughout the class and we all learned alot and had fun. We made a TON of things with this class and then made gift boxes for it all. What a great class! Definitely worth the money and time. Can't wait to take other classes with Nathan and follow whatever his company does.

I liked the introductory class so much that I've sign up for this class as well together with a few of my girlfriends. Once again owner/teacher shared his knowledge, helped us mix together all the products being made (many options for custom aroma).
What was a nice touch - his follow up emails. He emailed instructions, supportive links and offered an additional "thank you" for students, who were willing to share their pictures with him. Overall great experience.

This class was great. Nathan really knows his stuff and has answers to ALL the questions. I am much less intimidated by the thought of making my own products after his class, which is taught in three acts. We were each able to scent our own products in addition to learning how everything is made, which was a nice touch--you get something you are bound to love. I am wearing the deodorant I made last night and so far it is great!

Highly Recommended!! Nathan is truly passionate about natural body care and is a wealth of information about healthy oils and aromatherapy. It's smart to write down Nathan's hints and favorite scent combinations. Everything we made is both simple and wonderful. If you are not already on the coconut-oil bandwagon this class will have you seeking out the gallon size and rushing to Whole Foods for your own set of essential oils. Please do BYOB and S (that's snacks!) for added fun! At the end of class we even made gift boxes- as if we had the slightest intention of not keeping these handmade goodies for ourselves.

p.s. NO! Soap is not part of this class! You know everybody is already giving that for Christmas. They will be so excited when you get them all-natural lavender deodorant instead!

Nathan is very sweet and knowledgeable. The class was fun and laid back. When you get there it looks a little shady, bc the facility is being redone, but once you're inside it's ok.

This was a fun class showing how easy it is to make skincare products that are nontoxic. The teacher really knew his stuff and was passionate about sharing his knowledge.

I say Why not! You'll meet new group of people, watch pure simple ingredients being mixed together to form body care products, while sipping on a wine and smelling different essensial oils. Did I mentioned very enthusiastic presenter/owner?!?

The class was simple and too the point. The instructor was very knowledgeable as this is what he does professionally. What you took home was very nearly worth the cost of the class in retail value. Though I went to the first session which he offered at a discount as he knew there would be hiccups the first time. The hiccups were very VERY minor, and the sort of thing I expect in any workshop style class. Even at the full rate for this class it's an excellent deal. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

It was a very informative class on subjects I have been looking into here and there. As a massage therapist, it is a great idea to use and potentially make all natural, organic products. I will definitely be making more lotion in the future. :)

Nate was a great teacher! He was super informative on the different types of oils needed and why we should/shouldn't be using certain items. I definitely recommend this class!

Not worth the money. We did not get any guidance as to which oils work together. We were not given amount of ingredients. basically we were just given vials to mix stuff!.The lotion bar turned out with small pieces of wax which makes it hard to use as it leaves residues on the skin. The teacher had a fun personality but that is about it.

The class was fun, our instructor was lively and a bit quirky. The candles were a disappointment though, they were crumbly and did not work as body lotion, and they weren't very strongly scented either. We also were never emailed the instructions and recipes we were promised.

I hate to do this, as I really enjoyed the class, but I have to edit my review. While the class was tons of fun, I discovered after the fact that the candles themselves were a huge disappointment. They have almost no scent to them, and only burned for about an hour. They are nothing like advertised. Also, we never received the followup email we were told to expect. I wouldn't recommend this class without some significant adjustments to the actual candle-making process.

I enjoyed learning about the essential oils and their benefits. I thought the area of the location wasn't the best and the space itself was small (which lead to a few things breaking). However, I was impressed by the variety of self-care products we were able to create in two hours. The body lotion I created turned out the best. I would recommend that the teacher substitute a different self-care product for the deodorant (it would have been better to create a solid deodorant as opposed to a cream one).
