May was wonderful! She was charismatic, fun and inspiring. She brought joy and fun to the class and really encourage us as adults to "let loose" and enjoy being creative! I would highly recommend the class and May! P.S. The class is perfect for those trying to get some first hand/beginner experience with hand lettering also! May goes over the basics to help you feel comfortable to then flourish!

Enviable Envelopes was great, and I highly recommend it for lettering newbies. May was encouraging, friendly, and had good, useful tips. Supplies were generous, high-quality, and lovely.

If there's one class you should Dabble in, THIS IS IT!!!!! As a frequent Dabbler, I can honestly say that May is a (freakin') fantastic teacher, as she's engaging, funny, and knows her sh!t. She's creative and encouraging, and she offers multiple medias in which to play around with. I hope she offers more classes in the future. :)

May made this class fun, light-hearted, informative, and inspiring. She started with lettering basics, took us through some hand-lettering exercises, and then set us free to create our own masterpieces. I've used what I learned on every letter I've sent since and it's been well-received.

I thought it was a calligraphy class but ended up being more of a font class. It was a blast learning about lettering and who knew there were so many components to lettering! Enjoyed it!

I really appreciated that May took the time to describe the structure of hand lettering and fonts - I think it made a big difference in my progress. The class environment was so warm and welcoming, which made it really enjoyable to meet new people while trying something new. Thanks for the wonderful time!

I've taken calligraphy before but find it very overwhelming (and it doesn't help that I'm a perfectionist). This hand-lettering class focusing on envelopes was much easier to wrap my head around and I felt I made progress in the two hours I was there. The supplies were great (and abundant) and May did a fantastic job of walking us through the steps while also inspiring our creativity.

May was the MOST fun teacher. Ever. Of all time. For realzies. She put us all at ease, made it OK to try something new, failure and all. Great attitude, super fun class, and something I'll work on in the future too. Have got a birthday card to send soon - hope to put my new skills to use!
