Lindsey Fox is a world traveler and yogi, bravely pursuing her gut instincts about work and food - sometimes even combining the two. Lindsey knows the value of a good nap, and typically has healthy snacks handy in case anyone's blood sugar runs low. She enthusiastically and impressively takes big, scary risks. Lindsey loves displays of gratitude and is genuinely thankful for selfless acts both big and small in this world.

Kelly F.Reviewed on 06/09/14Fantastic class! I never really dug commercial almond milk, and then I'd had some homemade and I was hooked. Commercial almond milk always created a texture issue for me (I prefer it a little thicker to approximate whole dairy milk), but in Lindsey's class, I learned how to overcome this issue and make the almond milk I wanted, not the watered-down store bought version. It was fun to try and play with the flavor add-ins too - I loved the tasters without having to make a whole batch of something I might not love.

Such a wonderful way to start the weekend! My boyfriend and I are always in the kitchen cooking and we love trying out new ideas and recipes... we especially love to make food that is clean and truly good for us! no added sugars, etc. Lindsey was a FABULOUS teacher! She created an amazing space for us to dabble in making nut milk and friends! Thanks Lindsey!
