Have you ever been stuck in a conversation with someone who seemed boring or seemed to have nothing in common with you? To alleviate the awkwardness you pull someone else in the discussion and suddenly, your conversation partner lights up, becomes fascinating and you’re wondering why he/she wasn't this interesting a few minutes before.

In the class, we practiced introducing ourselves and our work. I walked away with a new "elevator pitch" about myself and feel as though I've become a more interesting person and have had more interesting conversations since the class.

Lance is thoughtful, well-read, and a good teacher. I highly recommend this class to anyone who wants to improve personally or professionally and avoid those awkward moments.

This was my first Dabble class and I had a very positive experience. I thought the communication notices sent by email the day of the event were helpful reminders.

Great presentation of the basics as a springboard into more specific how-to questions. Very clearly presented and showed me some resources I hadn't heard of before.

A great introductory class for people who want to learn about websites. Lance shows you that you don't need to know "everything" about the internet to get started. I walked out of the class confident and ready to start trying. Look out, internet!

Lance gave us the insight to make a great pitch and then got us busy working on our own. I watched every participant make great strides in a short time, and sound ten times more confident then when they started. Well worth it!

I loved the learning style, we were standing and engaged the whole time, a unique and positive class style, with measurable results at each step in the learning process.

The Elevator Pitch class was excellent. Lance encouraged us to get creative and think through our pitch as a group. It was more workshopping than instructional, which is great, if you are open to it! Definitely give this class a try if you want to present yourself in a more effective and creative way.
