Kelly Springstroh
Kelly is a graduate assistant at Saint Louis University, pursuing her master's degree in Nutrition and Dietetics. She has spent significant time this past year in SLU's teaching garden and has developed a love for the trade of composting. SLU composts their own food and paper wastes and transfers it to their plants and produce within their garden. Seeing how attainable composting is, Kelly has worked with two other graduate students to develop an introductory information session on how each individual can be successful composters in their own homes.
